A successful film-maker experiences the journey through the almost deserted Kazakh steppe to his home village as a search for his own identity. The Tadzhik director Jamshed Usmonov, whose film "The Flight of the Bee" will be shown at the end of the film series on 28.4., plays the main role in this road movie.
