Jalil Naziri, the Afghani leading actor in Hassan Yektapanah's "Djomeh" is invited to the Hamburg Film Festival. He is looking forward to a friendly reception in a society he doesn't know, but he ends up in a home for asylum seekers in Chemnitz. Suddenly his role in "Djomeh" becomes reality.
