| An introduction to the texts and rhythms of Sufi music (see concert on Saturday, Dec 13). Vera Dorsch, coordinator of the Sacred Music Festivals, will describe the Sufi nights at the "Festival de Fès des Musiques Sacrées du Monde". The Sacred Music Tour gives Berlin schoolchildren an up-close look at the diversity of the world's sacred cultures. In 90-minute units, program organizers, artists and experts will present the sacred music groups that have been invited to the festival. They will demonstrate instruments and show videos, play musical samples and describe the exciting process of taking a festival like this from idea to realization. Location: Berliner schools
