ocean club is a program on Radio Eins Berlin dedicated to electronic experiments and musica obscura. The people behind ocean club radio are Gudrun Gut (einstürzende neubauten, miasma. malaria!, monika enterprise) and Thomas Fehlmann (palais schaumburg, the orb, flow), who brilliantly handle a wide variety of styles as musicians, djs and label owners. ocean club is also a club within a club: GG and TF regularly spin with guests in the komfort.labor, the lounge of the wmf-club berlin. For wmf records the two have put together a compilation which gives an overview of the most exclusive musical taste, from old calypso sounds to cutting-edge electronics.
