Helena: For quite some time Helena was overshadowed by her older sister, Lio. Now the singer who grew up in Belgium and lives in France has found her own style. Accompanied by French guitarist Philippe Katerine and the jazz trio The Recyclers, she will be singing bossa novas and jazzy chansons. Their music is held together by their shared love of contemporary British pop and dancefloor music.

MBS: (Le Micro Brise le Silence – the microphone breaks the silence) In Algeria, hip-hop has been rediscovering its roots: as a means of expression and as a mouthpiece of the people. MBS bridges the Mediterranean, creating a link with the French suburban ghettos. The French newspaper Le Parisien wrote: ‘These Algerians speak out what nobody in Algeria would dare to say.’

The third group is "No Bluff Sound". The French Band is one of the winners of the "Décourvertes de Printemps de Bourges", the most important competition for new talent in Europe.
