With its party-friendly mixture of Catalan rumba and Caribbean Reggae, Latin grooves and alternative sounds, Dusminguet is an integral part of Barcelona's club scene. Like many of the bands that have left their mark on the city's scene, Dusminguet started its musical career at town parties and in small clubs, and are winning over an increasingly large and enthusiastic circle of fans. Their songs, a mixture of Mediterranean gypsy tradition and freak appeal, show a wide range of different influences and languages, but they are always danceable and full of energy.
