An intercontinental dialogue about visions of the urban culture of the future, the "Festival of Vision" linked two cities in a stirring phase of Re-Orientation and radical change. Hong Kong had just been handed back to China, in both cities people spoke about reunification. Where Berlin is the bridge between East and West, Hong Kong aims to be the gateway to South-East Asia. In both cities, cultural variety ist the basis for an urban atmosphere which gives them an international flair.
