To the above-mentioned prices must be added the costs of service and technical staff as well as those of renting technical equipment. The prices quoted are subject to VAT.

General Standard Terms and Conditions
(1) The expenses incurred for using technical equipment will be the subject of separate agreement in each case.
(2) An agreement is to be negotiated on the rent for:
1. Sound, film and television recordings.
2. Any other cases in which the use of the building of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, of individual rooms, of facilities and of equipment is not regulated, or for any other desired use exceeding the customary extent.
(3) An additional payment will be charged for any extraordinary personnel expenses incurred from using the rooms of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt.
