China! Contemporary Painting
"China!" was the name of a comprehensive exhibit of contemporary Chinese painters, with works by 31 artists, which was held in 1997 in the House of World Cultures. Here, along with many pictures from the exhibit, you will find two texts on Chinese painting in the 20th century and on the significance of oil painting in Chinese art and culture (in german).
