The Brazilian View
In 1998 the exhibit "The Brazilian View" showed the works of documenta artists and young unknown talents from the Chateaubriand collection. You can take a virtual tour of the exhibit, which was divided into six sections. All 36 artists are presented with their works and a short biography. A text by the curator Denise Mattar offers insights into the history of the arts in Brazil, while a second text provides information on the art patron Gilberto Chateaubriand.
